Is Louisa crazy?
From a case in Trust and Estates today:"She regarded men as a class with an insane hatred. She looked forward to the day when women would bear children without the aid of men, and all males would be put to death at birth." In re Strittmater, 53 A.2d 205 (Ct. App. N.J. 1947).
For some reason, the professor and students in my class seem to think her words show a diminshed mental capacity. I don't get it.
