Good ole days
I recall being a child in math class and the teacher laying on us the concept of greater than (>) and less than (<). I remember thinking "oh gosh, how will I ever remember that. It's so hard to keep straight." Then, my teacher said you just think of the symbol like pac-man...and he's eating in the direction of the larger of the two numbers.Yeah.
I sure do miss that simplicity.
