Second Amendment
The Supreme Court should be handing down their opinion on the D.C. gun ban case this week. (They didn't do it on Monday which leaves today and tomorrow.) My quick and dirty prediction - an individual right to bear arms with a rational basis review for any restrictions on that right & SCOTUS kicks it back to DC to scrutinize the law.Rumor on the street is that Scalia is writing the opinion which of course means I will be sporting a fashionable shirt later. Compliments of this gal, I actually own a shirt with this on it:
UPDATE: apparently, the gun case is NOT being handed down today. This is like American Idol with the "and we will tell you who is going home...after the commercial break." UGH.
